As you may or may not know, the Heritage Summer Sports Camps are scheduled and awaiting participants, and the success of the camp(s) will largely be determined by the number of participants. Last summer very few people even knew about the camps. This year, we aspire to make it a draw for kids from all over the community, regardless of their school affiliation, though we’d love to have a huge draw from Heritage.
This year, we’ll be offering several basketball camps, volleyball camp, and cross-country camp. The coaching staff will be better than ever, and prizes and awards will be handed out daily. But, we must have enough kids come to camp in order to make it happen!!!
The registration deadline for the first set of camps, is noon on May 1st. If we don’t have enough kids by this date, those camps will be cancelled. We need time to prepare, time to order camp t-shirts, trophies, etc, so please sign up now! Heritage Knights Summer Sports Camps
“All Skills Basketball Camp” ($160)
- 6th-8th grade boys and girls: June 9-13, 8am-noon
- 9th-12th grade boys and girls: June 9-13, 2-6pm
- Registration deadline for both camps is noon on May 1st, 2008.
“All Skills Volleyball Camp” ($160)
- 6th-12th grade girls: August 11-15, 8am-noon
- Registration deadline for camp is noon on May 1st, 2008.
“All Skill Cross-Country Camp” ($100)
- 6th-12th grade boys and girls: June 23-27, 8am-noon
- Registration deadline for camp is noon on May 1st, 2008.
“Advanced Skills Basketball Camp” ($175)
- 6th-8th grade boys and girls: August 4-8, 8am-noon
- 9th-12th grade boys and girls: August 4-8, 2-6pm
- Registration deadline for both camps is noon on July 1st, 2008.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of registration in order to guarantee a spot in each camp. The balance for the camp is due on the first day of camp.
