Heritage Christian Physical Education is an introduction to various sports and fitness activities that will allow the students opportunities to grow physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. The purpose of this class is to obtain skills via these sports and fitness activities that the students can utilize throughout their lifetime. These skills can help provide a means for healthy living and fitness.
Throughout the year students will be participating in but not limited to.
Soccer
Flag Football
Physical Fitness
Floor Hockey
Volleyball
Badminton
Basketball
Group Games
Track and Field
Softball
Students will be given the opportunity to learn the basic skills and rules of play involved in these activities and will be tested on that knowledge at the end of each major unit in a quiz format.
