Tina Marble teaches 1st grade at Heritage. Since graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University, she has taught school for 15 years. Mrs. Marble has been married for 9 years and enjoys her three grown daughters, Tiffani, 37, Tanya, 35, and Sarah, 29. As a child, she was unable to read due to dislexia. She didn't receive the support she needed and even worse, she was made fun of because she couldn't read. Mrs. Marble is changing young lives everyday and when you ask her how, she replies, "God allowed me to find a wonderful pastor who taught me to read. I went to several colleges, graduated with honors, and looked back to thank God for the hard times. It's what makes me the teacher I am. Every child is special and every child can learn to read. God has called me to Heritage and I believe, after years of experience teaching in different schools, that a Classical education teaches children how to think for themselves. I love the fact that I can integrate God into everything I teach."
