A Heritage Christian School teacher:
Must be a committed Christian with membership in good standing in a local church that is in full agreement with Heritage's statement of faith.
Is expected to understand and support the Classical Christian approach to education;
Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a college or university;
Must maintain high standards of personal, spiritual, and professional conduct;
Must be committed to professional growth including reading, coursework, and seminar attendance;
Must be able to promote and manage a high level of parent involvement;
Is able to skillfully manage a classroom of varying academic skills and learning styles;
